Tony Berroteran

Tony earned
his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition at the
University of Texas at Austin in 2003. He holds personal training
certifications from ACE, ACSM, AFAA, and NASM along with group training
certifications from AFAA and ACE and a specialized performance enhancement
certification from NASM. Tony also has kettle bell and Crossfit certifications
that allows him to implement these tools into his training methods. His 8 years
of fitness training experience has given him the knowledge in a variety of
fitness goals such as; general fitness, weight loss, athlete performance
enhancement, figure competition, and rehabilitation. His career began with the
United States Navy training with the elite Special Forces and working with the
Fit Institute of Texas and University of Texas athletes in all sports. He later moved onto Lifetime Fitness as the
Department Head of personal training and group training coordinator. Tony
currently focuses on increasing speed, explosiveness, agility, and overall
fitness through intensive effective Athletic Development training that has
proven to show results in all of his clients at the HIT Center Austin.
