RMRResting Metabolic Rate (RMR) - This test provides the number of calories burned everyday at a resting state. This number usually constitutes 70% of total energy expended everyday. The other 30% comes from activities of daily living, exercise, dietary thermogenesis, etc. This tool helps clients get a better understanding for the caloric intake necessary to lose weight.
