The Athletic Development Training (ADT) classes are designed to enhance your sports performance while training with other individuals at a deeply discounted rate with similar benefits to one-on-one training. Take advantage of working in a small group to receive the best training available at the best price in town.

This program is great for all athletes to develop:

Sports Vision (Eye Metrix)

Many athletes overlook their primary sensory system--the eyes. Why train just your muscles, and skip on what is really the most important part of an athlete's performance? We exclusively use a sports vision training program to assist the athletes in seeing the playing field quicker, faster, and more accurately.


 
Additional Info

Scheduling
  • Available sessions M-F 5pm-7pm and Sat 10am-1pm
  • No requirement of producing your own group
  • We will direct appropriate training members to train with you
  • Heavy consideration placed on age, sport, and training needs of group members
  • Maximum of 6 members to a 1 hour session

Small Group Training Program
  • As a member you can participate in 3, 1-hour training sessions per week
  • Workouts are based in Athletic Performance training
  • Focused on developing Lateral/Linear Speed & Agility, Explosiveness, Core Strength, and Sports Vision
  • Program accepts athletes of all kinds with a minimum age restriction of 10 years old
