Kristen Messer is a 21 year old college student-athlete. Kristen was born with cerebral palsy and is forced to compete in a wheelchair. She competes primarily in track and road racing. Over the last 5 years Kristen's athletic career has taken her to more countries than most of us will ever see in our lives. She has competed all over the U.S. and international events in Japan, South Africa, Portugal, Australia, and is soon to visit Switzerland.
Kristen came to The HIT Center in August of 2008 and has trained with us ever since. Simply put, she is the happiest and hardest working client that has come through our doors. We are very proud that she uses us for her training needs and are happy to report some recent accomplishments.
