USAF Special Ops Round 2

The HIT Center Austin is pleased to announce the USAF Special Ops will be back in the HIT Center this May. Their first experience with us was in April, where we provided them with physiology lectures and updated training methods. Their goal is to update their current training philosophy to prevent injuries and improve performance of the Pararescue cadets.
